INSPIRE Scholarship for Higher Education (SHE) is a scholarship programme implemented by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. It is a scholarship scheme that comes under Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research (INSPIRE), a flagship programme of DST. Meant for meritorious students undertaking bachelor’s and master’s courses in Natural and Basic Sciences, INSPIRE Scholarship offers 12,000 scholarships every year.

Indian Oil Sports Scholarship scheme
- Eligibility : 13-19 Years, the applicant should be above the age of 13 years and below the age of 19 years.

The objective of this scheme is to award Indian Oil Sports Scholarships to promising young players with a view to encourage talent and create a pool of sportspersons from whom to select sport appointees to the Corporation. The duration of the Scholarship shall be for a period of 3 years. After the completion of the 1st year of the sports scholarship, the performance of the player shall be reviewed based on the performance as per above criteria in the 1st year and the sports scholarship will be renewed for the 2nd year. The renewal for the 3rd year will be based on the performance as per above criteria in the 2nd year of sports scholarship. If a player does not fulfill the criteria at the end of first or second year, his scholarship will be discontinued.

Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY)
