National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test
- The application fee for OPEN/OBC will be Rs.2200/- and Rs. 1100/- for SC/ST/PwD.
- Duration : 2 hours
- Qualification : 1) Qualifying Exam: Applicants should hold B.Sc / B.Sc (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum 3 years full-time OR B.E / B.Tech or equivalent from a recognised University. 2) Minimum Marks: Indian National applicants must secure a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5/10 CGPA (55% marks or 6.0/10 CGPA for SC, ST). 3) Age Limit: There is no age limit to appear in the exam.
This exam is organised by the National Institute of Technology (NIT) on rotation basis. This year, it is conducted by the NIT, Surathkal. NIT MCA is a national level entrance exam conducted to offer admission in the MCA courses at different NIT’s across the country. Various NIT’s such as Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Durgapur, Tiruchirappalli & Warangal.
