About Course

M. Tech. Food Process Engineering is 2 year post graduate course which educate students with the principles of different aspects of food and specialization in an area of food process engineering. The general prerequisites needed for the course is a B. Tech. or B.E. graduation degree. The students opting for this course acquire skills of plant design, innovation of products and processes with their optimization techniques.
