About Course
The course has a multidisciplinary approach that integrates the concept of law, mechanism and framework with current issues in the field of conservation and protection of environment. The Course has been deliberated to facilitate understanding of implications of different laws at International and National Level. Diploma in Environmental Law will not only prove important for capacity building of the administrators, advocates, researchers; but will also be helpful for the NGOs and volunteers to keep close strategic vigilance over the ever depleting resources. This course is being implemented in close collaboration with the State Pollution Control Board and State Forest Department, formal organizations involved in governance and remediation.
