Depending upon whether the hearing loss is mild, moderate or severe, the children are further affected in their day to day learning process with respect to academics and in running daily errands, as well as socializing with other normal children. To cope with the disadvantages that children with hearing impairment have to undergo, the M.Ed special education program thus endeavours to train special educators on this count.
