Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Geography is a 2-year full-time postgraduate course which is divided into 4 semesters. This course focuses on the 2 divisions of geography which are physical geography and human geography. In this course, students learn to produce new solutions for the geographical issues in the environmental surroundings. In this course, students are allowed to focus on specific areas like environmental geography and geographical information system. Some of the important concepts taught in this course are Physical geography, Human Geography, Geopolitics, Globalization, Agricultural Geography, Population Geography and GIS mapping.
