M.Phil. in Law is a 2-year post-graduate academic research course in the domain of law and legal administration/procedures. The minimum eligibility criteria required for providing admission to the course is a minimum of 50% (Relaxable for reserved category students) marks at PG level in the respective domain. The course is structured into four semesters spread over a span of two years. Admission to the course is based on the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate at Post Graduate (PG) level. There are certain colleges/universities that follow Common Entrance Test (CET) based admission criteria and grant admission based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance exams.
