L.L.M. Business Law is a postgraduate Law course. The course gives an in-depth legal knowledge of issues such as Business governance and business liabilities. The candidate should have secured an L.L.B. degree or its equivalent from a recognized University, having obtained not less than 55% marks in the aggregate (50% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC).Its focus is upon the practical difficulties businesses experience when meeting their legal obligations and complying with regulatory frameworks.
