About College

For a long time, Vapi and its neighboring villages had been suffered without the facility of the higher education. Students form Umargam and far off villages had to go to Valsad or Pardi to receive higher education. And due to acute competition, if they didn't get admission, they had to compromise with their fate and their career. In 1989, to solve this problem of higher education, and to gift the society with a new higher education college, ROTARY FOUNDATION FOR EDUCATION AND LEARNING (ROFEL), ESTABLISHED BY Rotary Club, Vapi took and initiative. As a result of this Rofel Arts and Commerce College started in a rental building at Bholebaba Asharam in 1989.
