The perspective plan for an educational institution provides direction to the college instruction and support service areas on what we want to accomplish over the next five yearsin the 13th five year plan. This Plan is built based on the previous 2014-2017 plan under 12th five year plan. Perspective plan is prepared using participatory, transparent planning process that is well established at GEC Ramanagara. Perspective planning deals with a new array of factors: the changing external environment, competitive conditions, the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, and opportunities for growth. Perspective planning is an attempt to give organizations antennae to sense the changing environment
