Spread over an expanse of almost 13 acres and in close proximity to the National Highway, Dr. Khubchand Baghel Govt. P.G.College Bhilai 3 has an enviable location. It is situated almost halfway between the district headquarters and the Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, to which it is affiliated. Established on 15 th August 1983, in the modest campus of the Municipal School at Bhilai-3, it was soon to possess a building of its own .
