In a place of historic importance Bhadrawati Shikshan Sanstha Bhadrawati established the Nilkanthrao Shinde Science and Arts College, Bhadrawati by Honorable Ex.MLA of Bhadrawati Shri Nilkanthrao Yashwantraoji Shinde in 1993 looking into the difficulties faced by students for taking education in a rural area like Bhadrawati in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra State. From the start under the dynamic leadership of Hon. Ex.MLA and Secretary of Bhadrawati Shikshan Sanstha Shri Nilkanthraoji Shinde and Chairman Sau Nilimatai N.Shinde the college is flourishing day by day.
