About College
The perfect natural green and soothing surrounding of university campus harboring the spacious college building is an added element for the study environment, The college building spread over 1 hector of land is having fourteen departments having all the modern educational facilities for undergraduate and post graduate teaching. The student development activities is the looked after by Student Representative Council of the College under presidency of the Dean of the College. The efficient team of staff advisors for different activities like Debate, Essay, Elocution, Outdoor sports, indoor sports, social gathering, library & reading activities under the guidance of chairman of the SRC makes all possible whole hearted and dedicated efforts for holistic development of the students and transforming them vibrant, multifaceted and holistic human being. The rigorous student activity calendar round the years by SRC has demonstrated its success in many students achieving glorious titles, awards, accolades and prizes not only at university level but at national level from across the country in wide spectra of various competitions like debate, elocution, painting, drawing, clinical case presentation, professional quiz, outdoor sports and indoor games. The celebration of world veterinary day, animal welfare week, teacher’s day, fresher’s day, hostel cum annual day are round the year events meant to promote holistic development of student community. The college is having regular Wall Magazine called ‘VIVIDHA’ which hits regular post of various news items, current affairs, items of students creativities and innovations. The whole hearted efforts of faculty members and hard work of students has pawed the long tract of success and victory at university and interuniversity level in sports and athletic competitions. Last year the team of student grabbed the title of ‘General Championship’ in inter collegiate cultural and literacy competition at university level.
