SHALIVAHANA DEGREE COLLEGE Was Established in 1997 and give various courses in B.Sc,B.Com, B.A. apart from regular academic the emphasis is laid on the overall development of the Student through other training and extra curricular activities. Every Year Students pass out with flying Colours. Our College has carved a niche for itself over two decades. Our relentless effort in the quality of Education through participatory teaching methodologies helped in the chiseling personality of students. SHALIVAHANA DEGREE COLLEGE is the path of glory towards success during the last 18 years. We help students assimilate the true meaning of education in the real sense enabling them to carve a niche for themselves in society. Our approach not only makes them succeed in the competitive scenario. But teaches them better attitude towards life. So they can become a better citizen of the country. The era of globalization has brought a new power to compete and collaborate globally. Individuals are now aspiring to compete for global opportunities. The opportunities and challenges globally are now more complicated and interconnected. The students need help recognizing the risks and interests in the broad yet critical concepts that characterize the global scenario. Hence, there is a need to restructure the curriculum to incorporate the need for increasing awareness about Global complexity and interdependence, master the ability to communicate across various cultures, appreciate differences and understand the difficulties in changing attitudes.
