About College
On 7th Dec 1996, the foundation stone was laid by S. Harbhajan Singh D.I.G. Police Kumaon. The college building had completed in July 1997. The classes begin under the principalship of S. Harcharan Singh. The Kanya Degree college had inaugurated by Shri Suraj Bhan Ji (Governor of Uttar Pradesh) on 25th June 1998. With the continuous efforts of the Baba Tarsem Singh (President of Guru Nanak Dev Nyas), S. Daljeet Singh Maan (Manager), S. Harcharan Singh (Principal), the college got affiliated to Kumaun University, Nainital on 13/1/1999 for B.A. in Hindi, English, Home Science, Economics, Sociology, Education, Pol. Science. College gets an Affiliation for M.A. Home Science and Education on 29.7.2006 from Kumaun University.
