DAV college for women is found within the border belt of Ferozepur that has been known by UGC as educationally backward‘. The college is being instrumental in remodeling the situation of girls direction within the region. Besides partaking students in numerous inter-class and inter-college cultural & co-curricular activities, the department grooms and trains groups and individual participants for participation in zonal & Inter-zonal Youth pageant.
