Bhag Singh Khalsa college is located at Kala Tibba, Sitto Road, Abohar. The faculty was named once the name currently S. Bhag Singh ji Hayer. He was a noted temperament of village Kala Tibba (Abohar). He was born to S. Mehar Singh Hayer and Sardarni geographic area Kaur in 1910. He had his basic education from Govt. College, Abohar, thereafter, he did F.A. from the urban center (now in Pakistan). once his education, he took to ancestral profession of agriculture and introduced new techniques in agriculture and gardening. He was an acknowledged the person in government and accustomed participate in social, political and religious events with nice enthusiasm. He remained chairman of Market Committee, Abohar for twenty years. Mission To create awareness among rural people for starting from vicious circle of illiteracy; thereby uprooting the centuries recent dogmas of the lots of not permitting their women to possess their share of education. To create a congenial setting this facilitates the agricultural lots to come back forward for motivating their daughters to expand horizons of hinking through education. To foster learning setting by giving them exposure of multi and knowledge base domains. To nurture the creativeness of employees and students and sanctionative them to adopt out of the box thought, therefore on mark their presence at national/international level. To offer such a platform to the scholars, whereby they feel snug to preserve their tradition and culture and on a similar fostering the world competencies, therefore on strike a fine balance between yesterday-today and tomorrow.
