Ch S D St. Theresa's Autonomous College for Women, located at Eluru, in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh is a self financing college. The college was established in the year 1953 by a missionary society, named the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Ann of Providence. The college is well equipped with all the required facilities within an open and spacious campus. Ch S D St. Theresa's Autonomous College for Women is affiliated to Andhra University and accredited with a five star and “A” grade certificate by NAAC. It is the first college to be assessed in the state of Andhra Pradesh and 8th college in India by NAAC. The college is awarded with the unique distinction from UGC; College with Potential for Excellence for its excellent standard of teaching.The college offers several intermediate, certificate and UGC aided add-on courses.
