D R G Government Degree College, situated at Tadepalli Gudem, in West Godavari district, is a co-educational college, managed by Government of Andhra Pradesh. The college was established in the year 1966 to impart quality higher education to the people of Tadepalligudem and its nearby areas. The college houses all modern amenities within a nice and composed campus.The college offers several undergraduate and post graduate courses.The vision of the college is to strive to provide equitable Quality Education to the students in general and to those from the underprivileged sections of the society in particular and to produce intellectually competent, morally upright and socially committed citizens for the Nation.The mission of the college is to develop the college into a hub of educational activity by offering various courses which can fulfill the needs of the new generation to take up their position in the society and to nurture the students for overall development by inculcating values, sprite of service and social responsibilities through curricular, extracurricular and extension activities.
