About College
St Joseph's College for Women (Autonomous), situated at Gnanapuram, in Visakhapatnam of Andhra Pradesh, is an aided women’s college. The college was established in the year 1958 to cater the value based higher education for the women of Gnanapuram and its nearby areas. The college is well equipped with all modern amenities within a nice and spacious campus. Affiliated to Andhra University, St Joseph's College for Women is managed by the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Annecy, France.The college is also conferred with the Autonomous status in 1987 by UGC and accredited with a Three Star status by NAAC in 2001. The college offers several undergraduate and post graduate courses.
