Srinivasarao College of Pharmacy was established by Late Sri. S. Alwar Das (former Education Minister, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh) in 1979.The college is affiliated to Andhra University and accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in the year 2018.The aim of the college is to produce graduates who have a thorough knowledge of drugs and their importance in human health care. We prepare them to be full-fledged Pharmacists. We equip them with scientific knowledge, analytical skills and the wherewithal to apply well proven methods of therapy and prescription.The objective of imparting quality education is fulfilled by eminent and qualified pharmacy faculty members, motivated students and modern infra structural facilities like good laboratories computerized and digital library, good lab equipment and instruments. The curriculum includes basic scientific and professional instruction as well as specialized training in the various branches including Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacology and Pharmacy Practice, Pharmacognosy etc. In the year 2012, the college was granted approval from Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) to start Pharm.D Course.
