Government Degree College Paloura was established at Government Higher Secondary School vide Government Order No. 269-HE of 2007 dated 20-12-2007 and it was decided that College would function in the newly Constructed Block of the school having two Rooms.Govt. Degree College is situated in Jammu in Jammu & Kashmir state of India. and it is affiliated to University of Jammu. GDC, Jammu offers 8 courses across 2 streams namely Arts, Education and across 1 degrees like BA.Hostel facility is not available for its students. Additional campus facilities such as ATM, CSC, Cls. Room, Grounds, WiFi are also there.The college has an objective of empowering the students and enable them to rise by imparting the quality education and providing value based learning.
