Bhartiya College of Education was established in the year 2003.It is being run under the management of Bhartiya Educational Trust.It has been recognized by the Govt. of J&K and is affiliated to the University of Jammu.The college is preparing the students primarily for B.Ed degree catering to multitudinal needs of budding students to become efficient teachers.Bhartiya College of education is located in the city of Udhampur at a distance of 65 kms from Jammu. It is housed in a multistoreyed building which comprises of 20 spacious classrooms, Audio-visual room; chamber of chairperson, principals chamber, office, computer lab, science lab. In addition to this the college provides excellent infrastructure like spacious library having 3000 books, reading room, multipurpose hall and big examination hall. There are separate toilet blocks for male and female.
