Rizwan Memorial Womens College of Education, Srinagar was established in 1960 and run by Educational Society. The college is registered with the Jammu & Kashmir Government since 1969. Teachers Training Wing, B.Ed. was set up in 1994 and the first session came out was of 1995–96. The college is affiliated to Kashmir University. Medium of instruction is English / Hindustani.
