Lakecity College of Education, Srinagar is affiliated to University of Kashmir, Srinagar. The college has a beautiful campus with beautiful Landscape, which houses Administrative Block, Academic Block and Girls hostel with blooming lawns.The campus has most conductive environment of an educational institution. the college has a Lab-school affiliated to it next door for imparting practical training to pupil teachers. College has Spacious and well ventilated Library with large number (around 3000) of books and journals. Most of the educational journals of National and International (Organizations level are made available in the library.The college is run by a trust headed by educated , dedicated and well reputed persons of the society principal and staff are all highly qualified and experienced persons selected by the selection committee under the convenorship of Dean, College Development Council of Kashmir University.
