Rehmat-e-Alam College of Education, Anantnag was established in 1995 to impart instructions in Bachelor of Education course and is affiliated to University of Kashmir. The college campus is spread over 16 Kanals of land, on the bank of the river Lidder, with a congenial academic environment. The most peculiar feature of the college is its magnificent building, fantastic educational campus and the solitude in which the students can achieve their goals with minimum distraction. The College offers Bachelor of Education course for those who have passed graduation with minimum aggregate of 45 % from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course. Admissions are made on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying exam and as per norms prescribed by the University. The institute has well maintained library with wide range of books collection and journals.
