V.N Bhatkhande Mahavidhyalaya "VNBM" drives its inspirations from great saviour of Indian classical music (Hindustani Shashtriya Sangeet), Pt. Lt. Vishnu Narayan Bhatkhande. V.N Bhatkhande ji also known as "Chatur pandit" was a musicologist and scholar who not only preserved key original form of classical music but also invented "swarlipi" (notation) to write the compositions. He wrote many books on Classical music including "Kramik Pustak Malika" and founded Bhatkhande College of Hindustani Music, now known as Bhatkhande Music Institute (Deemed University)."VNBM" Ghaziabad is affiliated to Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidhyalaya “IKSV”, Khairagarh (Chhatishgarh) , India. Established in the Year 1956, accredited grade"A" by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (N.A.A.C.) in 2014, “IKSV” is a different University by its type, where higher education is imparted in the field of Music, Dance, Fine Arts and Theatre.
