The Bhubaneswar College of Engineering (BCE) is the brain child of a highly qualified technocrat with engineering degree from Bihar Institute of Technology, Sindri & MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and also with experience in promoting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the state of Odisha for last 30 years.He is obsessed with the idea of developing this college into an institution of national and international standing.
