Heggada Devana Kote is a Town in Mysore district. It is located on 12.08`N – 76.32`E. The Rivers Traka & Kapila Flow Near by this Town and it is administrative center of HD Kote Taluk. Historically this town used to be called “Punnata”. Government First Grade College H D Kote was started in the year 1985 in a small building in the town later it built a building in 7.26 acre campus.
