L.B.T college was established in November 1978.Ajay kumar thakur( I.A.S) IS founder and president of this college.This college is open by the name of Lokmanya Balgangadhar Tilak because there was no any education center or college in Bihar established by the name of Lokmanya Balgangadhar Tilak. Presently The secretary Narendra Prasad Rai is only one donor of this college.There is only one constituent college at buxar and students were facing problem for higher education therefore the founder of this college established this college to fulfill the education need of the student.This college is devoted to give the higher education to each and every student who is interested in study. We cannot teach to anyone but we can give guidelines to educate the student.This college is planning and following to give the vocational education to the student .B.C.A ,B.B.A , And Fashion designing is already running in college.It is my proud privilege to welcome you all my students , couleagues , welwishers and educationist of the region. At this moment of pleasure I remember Dr Shiv balak rai the founder principal of this college whose dream project is now getting fulfilled.I can not forget Sri Ajay kumar thakur I.A.S who at the first president of the managing committee and presently secretary Sri Narendra Prasad Rai who is the donor of this college , wanted to see this college into the category of top class institution.I am trying my best and I am sure that Lokmanya Balgangadhar Tilak college shall march.Ahead by the adhering to the highest standered of academic excellence and producing disciplined students with a missionary zeal to serve the society in shaping the bright future of the country.
