About College

Govt of kanataka decided a degree college at mundgod which is educationaly very backword . And first grade college, Mundgod was started year 1984, the college was established in govt P.U college building initially, due to increase in students strength in the coming year this was lack of accommodation in Govt P.U college. So agriculture marketing committee given it's building on rent bases to run separately degree college in it's building To find a permanent solution to this problem local people of Mundgod approach the Govt to sanctioned revenue land and construct a separate degree college building. Govt of Karnataka recommendation of the concerned revenue officers sanctioned 5.0 Acres of land attached to sirsi Hubli road in 1988 in the said land the construction of degree college building started and completed in the year 1994. Even the college is having own building still it was having lack of infrastructure about 250 feet compound wall constructed in frant of college to protect it's land area under the financial assistance of local M.P further due to increase in student strength the number of class rooms increased the year 2009 by constructing the class room on the existing building and a play grounds in back of the college building,
