This is the first and only female college of Bikramganj headquarter, which is equipped with its own building. Throughout the college struggle, I have completed 29 years of my life. Due to the excellent university examinations and independent academic environment, this college has also been a center of attraction for remote students. Located on the banks of the Kav river in a comfortable rural environment and a developing city, this college offers a decent, disciplined and ideal academic atmosphere. This college possesses 21 subjects of undergraduate arts faculty and 5 faculty of science faculty, near and reputation level and commerce faculty and professional courses D.C.A. Level education.This college was established by this college on 19th November, 1983, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the country's first woman Prime Minister, Indira Gandhi, under the chairmanship of former minister, self-appointed Girish Narayan Mishra, the then Regional MP, pioneer in the field of education, by self-appointed Tapaseshabu. | Swapnapantha Babasaheb Babu was a devout man and had a strong star on the horizon of education and co-operation, who wielded a great deal of co-operatives globally.In 1988, the graduation of the graduate level degree in art faculty was obtained by the Bihar Government with the indefatigable efforts of self-respecting Professor Tapeshwar Babu of the powerful columnist, cooperative social worker, pioneer education lover, skilled politician, successful administrator and extraordinary multi-faceted talent. Self-esteemed statue of Shri. Tapeshwar Babu in the premises of Indu-Tapeshwar Singh Women's College, Vikramganj (Rohtas), established by the former MP, Tapeshwar Singh, was unveiled by Mr. Nikhil Kumar, Governor Nagaland on the auspicious occasion of his birthday (July 20, 2011) and Exclusive guest Dr. Tapan Kumar Shandilya, (Vice-Chancellor Virk Kumar Singh University, Aara) and Dr. Ishwar Chandra Kumar (Former Vice-Chancellor Vir Koun Singh has chaired the University Jigsaw) |
