About College
GVSM Government Degree College was established in 1978 in Ulavapadu, mandal head-quarter in prakasam Dt. with the munificient donation of Sri Gaddam Seshiah, a well known philantropist. In the begining, the college was run in Govt. Junior College building. Later in 1981, it was shifted to the present campus. The donor was kind enough to finance the construction of one stroey building along with a wide stretch of 19 acers of land.
