Pioneer Trust as the name goes, is a pioneer in the field of Education and was founded by Sri G.Devarajan and Smt.D.Suguna. The Founder trustee Smt.D.Suguna is an eminent Educationist and Philanthropist. Education for knowledge and Personality building has been her motive and she has been well groomed through the years in this field by her experienced elders like G.R.Govindharajulu and Sri.G.K.Devarajulu. Rich and varied has been our Founder Trustee's experience for the past four decades ranging from Kindergarden to Higher Secondary Education and from Polytechnic to Post Graduate Studies and Teacher Education. With the main objective of modern and secular education to the youth of Coimbatore, especially the rural section, in and around Perianaickenpalayam, the trust established Pioneer College of Arts and Science in 1998.It is located about 20kms from the Coimbatore City on the highway to Mettupalayam, and placed in a calm atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
