Pt Harishankar Shukla Memorial College is situated in Raipur in Chhattisgarh state of India. Established in 1995, it is accredited from AICTE and it is affiliated to Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University. PHSMC campus is spread over 17500 Acres. Hostel facility is not available for its students.
