Govt. Dr. W. W. Patankar Post-Graduate Girls' PG College,Durg, is the renowned and successful educational institute of Higher Education for girls in Chhattisgarh. The Foundation date of college is 14/09/1982, and since then it has been exhibiting a brilliant performance(for the last 30 years) in academics and co-curricular activities. Affiliated to Durg University, Durg(CG), the college has been accredited B+ grade by NAAC. The campus extends in about …..of land and is on the way of coming up with new campus extention and hostel building. Started with mere 4/8 girls in Hindi Bhawan Durg, the institute, today, imparts education to about 1800 girls. Faculties of Arts, Commerce, Science and Home-Science are the pillars of educational body. Its also provides Post Graduation degree in Hindi,Economics ,Sociology,Geography,Political Science and English Litrature which providing a platform to hone and sharpen individual skills.
