About College
provide quality education to girls students, located in the vicinity mostly belonging to the lower income strata of society. The college became easily accessible to students from such class seeking higher studies; motto of our college is “Vidya Vinayen Shobhate” meaning education deserves to sobarity. The college initially began in a rented space of sarai namely Janpad sarai. Dr Maya Arora was the first principal of this college from beginning. The teaching staff comprised of five numbers of teachers and one sports officer. The strength of the students was Eighty five. There were in all 6 subjects namely, Economics, Political Science, Home Science, Sociology, Hindi, Geography and English for graduation in the Arts Faculty, the college was also equipped with Sports and Library Facilities from its inception.
