Dr. Trishuldhari Pandey Memorial College of Education is sponsered by Chanakya Resource Development Welfare Trust which is founded by a group of social workers, professionals to promote education and welfare of the young and impressionable minds of the state of Bihar with its office at Amera, P.O.- Bhatohar Tharthari, Nalanda - 801307 (Bihar). Chanakya Resource Development Welfare Trust is pioneered by the erudite, progressive and philanthropic personality making an effort to start a B.Ed. College at Tharthari in Nalanda district. Chanakya Resource Development Welfare Trust instead to cater to omnipresent needs and demands for quality education for educators in the state of Bihar. It has a deep desire to attain excellence that would be a benchmark in the field of educators’ education. The quest for excellence will be translated into impeccale operation of B.Ed. Education under society. It believes in the ‘tripple’ approach i.e., erudition’, efficiency and ‘excellence’ in running the institution.
