About College
Nalanda Mahila College, Biharsharif was established in International Women Year 1975 with view point of providing higher education and multi-development of women. The need of Mahila College for higher education was felt for a long time, ultimately, that dream was transformed into reality in 1995 and restrained doors of higher education were broken. Since then, this college has been serving in the field of higher education for the all round development of women. It has been a constituent unit of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, since 1981.
