Danapur is one of the four sub-divisions of Patna..Tributaries of Sone river is Like Necklace around Danapur and its northern flank is Diara area. The entire Diara is prone to recurring flood. The majority populace of Diara belong to BC, EBC, SC and minority community. The college is sub urban institution situated at a distance of 15 Km from Gandhi Maidan, Patna on the coordinate of 26.38’42”N 85,3’45’E. and the nearest Railway station is Khagaul. Only education can bring about social ,gender equality in the society Sri Bindeshwar Singh was a visionary, Who realized it and donated 13.5 Acre of prime land and worked relentlessly for the cause and finally this college came into shape in 1954 . It became a constituent unit of Magadh University, Bodhgaya Gaya in the year 1975. We aim to provide quality education to students from diverse backgrounds, irrespective of region, religion, caste and economic strata . Various academic and co-curricular activities have restored the confidence of surrounding community and we wish to march in progressive way to serve the society and the country.
