The petitioner has filed this writ application for quashing a resolution of the Syndicate of the Magadh University dated the 17th May, 1969 (Annexure suspending the Governing Body of the G. J. College, Rambagh, and annulling the order of suspension of the Principal of the College (Respondent No. passed by the Governing Body, and suspending the Governing Body and appointing an ad hoc committee in its place.
