About College
Gopeshwar College was established in the year 1956. It is just 5.2 kms away from Hathua Railway Station and 116 kms away from Gorakhpur Junction. It is situated in a lush green environment friendly campus on the land. It is affiliated to Jai Prakash University, Chapra and approved by University Grants Commission (UGC). The college has recently increased in the number of girl students and the students belonging to reserved categories.The college has all necessary facilities like rich laboratories of Chemistry, Physics, Botany, Zoology and Geography, spacious library, medical facility, sports facility etc. The faculty of college is dedicated, highly qualified and experience in their fields. The Career & Counseling Cell provides guidance and counseling to the students. The College provides many Scholarships to the backward class students to help them in their studies.
